Ordering:
- There is no minimum
charge.
- All orders will need to
be paid in advance of shipping.
- In stock items will ship
within 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse.
- You may order online, or
by calling us at 608-784-6659 or 1-866-784-6659.
*Orders are not
processed for shipment on weekends or holidays.
Payment:
We gladly accept Visa,
Mastercard, gift certificates, checks or money
orders*.

information.
Customer Privacy:
We respect and protect our
clients/customers privacy. We will not sell your
names to other companies. Ordering is made on a
secure server (SSL).
Back Orders:
Great effort is made to
maintian a high in-stock level on the products we
carry at all times. Occasionally, we may be out of
stock. We will do our best to fill this item for you
or notify you within 30 days if it is not available.
Your full shipping charge will be paid with your
intial shipment and no additional charge will be
made for shipping when your back order ships out.

is pleased to pass on to our customers any special
offers provided by our manufacturers. These offers
will usually be highlighted on our home page.
Returns
Please notify us within 15
days of receiving your order should you need to
return or exchange a product. Items must be in new
condition with all original boxes, hardware, manuals
and accessories and in a resalable condidtion. A 15%
restocking fee will be applied to all return items.
No returns will be accepted after the 30 days.
*Please note: Customer is
responsible for return shipping costs. Customer is
also responsible for acccuracy of the shipping
information.
Damaged or
Defective Orders
We pack each box securely but
sometimes damages still occur. If a box is
obviously damaged, you may refuse the shipment and
then notify us so we can arrange for a replacement
shipment. If you discover the damages after you open
the box, please notify us within 72 hours and let us
know which items were damaged. Please keep the box
and all packing material in case an inspection is
required by the delivery company. If an item is
defective please notify us within 72 hours to make
arrangements for a replacement product.
